Bishop Margaret Wanjiru of Jesus is Alive Ministries, Nairobi is in London for the next two weeks as from 14th March, 2003 to 31st March, 2003. During her stay in London the bishop will be busy preaching in different church in London. Started her schedule by preaching in a fellowship in Edmonton, North London on Saturday and on Sunday she joined Kenyans at Calvary Charismatic Church for the monthly Swahili Service. During the well attended Swahili service, the bishop preached from the book Genesis 1:21 crowning her message with Deuteronomy 33. The theme of her message was the blessing of the twelve tribes of Israel. She narrated the blessings of the twelve tribes emphasising that as a Christian, you should inherited the blessing of the twelve tribes. She challenged the congregations to wake and claim the blessings of the Israelites as 'no one loves you when you are not blessed'. "Hata nyanya yako hawezi kukubariki ikiwa mkono mtupu", the bishop commented. She hit the nail by the head when she commented that Judah is self sufficient. "Nawajua je? - nitomboe? Judahs don't do cleaning jobs - "na Judahs hawaoshi tucucu" the bishop commented. The bishop will be preaching as from 20th to 23rd March at Southall Baptist Church, Western Road, Middlesex UB2 5DS. Time 6.00 p.m. Contact: 02085743131 and the host is Pastor Ann of Brooks of Life Ministries, London. Again Bishop Margaret will be preaching at Calvary Charismatic Baptist Church on 29th March, 2003.

Sad memorial of Kenyan family
It was a sad day for Pastor Njega and his family in London on Saturday 1st March 2003 as they were joined by friends for a memorial service in East Ham, London. The late Francis Njoroge Njega (Njuru) 23, son of Pastor Peter Njega (Njuru) of East London was killed by thugs in the morning of 24/02/03. According to the family sources, the late Njoroge who lives in Dandora, Nairobi was killed on his way to work when someone hit him from behind. After killing him, the killers took the house keys from him, went to the deceased's house, took some good and then disappeared. The incident made the Kiswahili saying come true: "Kikulacho ki nguoni mwako".
