Pastor Francis Maina Ordination on Saturday 27th July 2002 in Oxford

 

Rev. John Gichiri of Victory Revival Christian Centre, Hounslow was inaugurated on Saturday 27th July 2002 in Oxford to become the General Overseer of the Victory Revival Christian Churches. At the same time, Pastor Francis Irungu Maina of Oxford Branch was ordained together with his wife Beth Wakonyo Maina formerly Miss Beth Wakonyo Gakoi. The ceremony which was more colourful than any other Kenyan ordination in UK was presided over by the Bishop J.P. Hackman who represents Kent. The ceremony took place at Christian Life Centre,  Oxford. Family and friends from all walks of UK joined the ceremony.
