It was a Intercontinental Wedding on Saturday 4th May 2002 between Brian Salmon (British) and Teresia Nyambura (Kenyan) at Life Church, Bowles Well Gardens, Folkestone, Kent, UK. A well attended wedding by both Kenyans and British who enjoyed the beautiful seaside environment was crowned with sea foods at the reception.  Pastor Robert Maasbash conducted the occasion. A reception followed thereafter at the Burlington Hotel, Earls Avenue, Folkestone. A hotel build in 1880, the Burlington Hotel stands in its own grounds and is set in tranquil surroundings overlooking the Leas Promenade and the English Channel. Four miles from Channel Tunnel to France and short drive from Dover harbour.
