Highly skilled Migrant Workers (HSMP)
This is a points-based immigration scheme which allows highly skilled people to migrate to the United Kingdom without a work permit. The scheme was revised by the government on 8 November 2006, and points are scored on the basis of educational qualifications, the age of the applicant, proven past earnings, and any UK qualifications or UK work related income.
Successful applicants need to provide evidence that they score a total of 75 points, demonstrate that they meet the mandatory English language requirement either a Bachelor's degree taught in English or to have an IELTS level 6 qualification and show that they will be able to continue their chosen career in the UK.
You do not need to score points in all the above listed areas as long as you score at total of at least 75 points.and can verify the points you are claiming.
