This is constructed of stonewall from the bottom and timber off cut walls to the top under G.C.I sheets roof with a cemented foundation to floor. It accommodates 3 Bedrooms and a living room with chimneys. 2 Bedrooms having each external doors though internal doors access each room internally.

 

Tanks

These are five (5) in numbers and are constructed of concrete walls with three tanks being underground. They have a total capacity of approximately 154 cu M.

 

Cattle Shed:

Built to accommodate four (4) cows and a separate shed for two (2) calves. Shed provides eating area and a separate water holding area. It includes a milking seclusion to the side of the main shed. Both sheds are constructed with a cemented floor and covered with iron sheets.

 

Services:

Piped water is presently being connected. Electric wiring to the house is complete though electricity is not connected. Telephone service is provided and connected. Water is obtained from rainwater, which is tapped and stored in the five tanks.
